Every Sunday from 9-10 am

After 15 wonderful years I have retired from teaching the Beach View Yoga class! However, the classes continue to be taught by other teachers and you can find information about that at givingnaam.org.

I continue to teach Senior Classes (schedule below) and will update any changes accordingly.
